Thermo-Tec Partnering on SEMA Show Event
Thermo-Tec is partnering with Hoonigan once again for their 2021 SEMA Burnyard Show.
At this year’s SEMA event, the Silver Lot of the Las Vegas Convention Center will be transformed into a faithful recreation of Hoonigan’s iconic event at Irwindale Speedway, converted to look like that event’s “Hoonigan Burnyard.”
“We are truly honored to be able to work with all of the amazing guys and girls in the Honnigan family,” said Jeremy White, sponsorship coordinator with Thermo-Tec. “When we were asked to place vehicles in the action and static display areas, it was a no brainer.”
Thermo-Tec’s participation in this event is a continuation of the two companies’ partnership, which first started in 2019 and is now heading into its second year.
According to the event organizers, some of Hoonigan’s builds featuring Thermo-Tec products include: an un-killable BMW endearingly named “S***car”; a Duramax diesel-swapped fifth-generation Camaro from their show “Knuckle Busters 2,” Season 2 and Season 3 of their “Build and Battle” series; Gymkhana GRID, a 1,000-horsepower big block Donk build; and the 2JZ-powered Ford Frightening F-150. The Thermo-Tec branded vehicle will be a Pro 2 Stadium Truck driven by Adam Daffner, owner of GTF Motorsports and driver of the #70 Pro 2 Truck in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series.
The complete Thermo-Tec product line is also available for purchase through Hoonigan’s Carcaine Parts Supply online store.
The Hoonigan Burnyard event is listed by SEMA as one of the top 17 Must-See Show Features this year.
