This year at the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) 101st International Convention & RV Expo, RVers will have the opportunity to sample and take-home Thetford products, and share feedback and input that will directly impact future product development.
“We are thrilled to be attending the FMCA 101st International Convention & RV Expo, and this year, it’s all about hearing from our customers and making them a part of our product development process,” said Kristen Phipps, director of product development. “The feedback we get from RVers is invaluable as we continue to create products that meet customer needs.”
The four-day convention and expo will be held March 26-29 at the Pima County Fairgrounds in Tucson, Ariz. Thetford’s sample booth will be located at outdoor booth No. 5, where the Thetford crew will be available to discuss the newest Thetford products with RVers in attendance. The Norcold field team will be taking service appointments during the FMCA Service Center hours on Thursday, March 26, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Each convention participant will receive a Thetford Tank Blaster sample in their welcome bag. Thetford will also be giving away samples from its newest product line – AquaBio Holding Tank Treatment, an eco-friendly holding tank treatment for RVers.
“We recently launched AquaBio after recognizing the demand RVers had for a campground-friendly holding tank solution; and so far, the response has been excellent,” said Phipps. “It is exciting to share this new greener alternative … that eliminates odors and breaks down waste while maintaining the qualities of our trusted RV holding tank treatments … with our valued customers. The Thetford team can’t wait to hear what our clients have to say.”
