Thetford this week will introduce its Culinary Collection, the company’s first available cooktops. The products offer modern controls, ease of use and elegant design, according to the company.
“Induction cooktops are a growing product category in the cooking industry,” said Noel Dolan, director of product strategy for Thetford. “The Culinary Collection will be a great fit for RVers who desire the control and convenience of induction cooking.”
The power and precision of induction cooking comes from an electromagnetic field below the glass cooktop surface that transfers current directly to magnetic cookware, causing it to heat up.
Thetford offers both single and dual induction cooktops. Each model offers easy-to-use temperature controls, with a range of 120-450 degrees.
