Tiffin Motorhomes Appoints Vice President of Quality
Tiffin Motorhomes has appointed Michael Fennell as vice president of quality, a newly created role on the company’s executive team that reinforces its commitment to product excellence and accountability.

Fennell has been with Tiffin Motorhomes for five years, most recently serving as director of quality control. He previously held roles as process engineer and process engineer manager, bringing experience in manufacturing processes and quality systems.
In his new role, Fennell will lead quality across all Tiffin and Cornerstone products, overseeing the full lifecycle from product conception through the end-user warranty experience. His focus includes strengthening inline manufacturing quality, enhancing pre-delivery inspection (PDI) processes and leveraging warranty data to drive continuous improvement.
“It’s an honor to step into this role and lead quality at Tiffin Motorhomes. Our focus is on driving consistency and ensuring our owners continue to receive the quality they expect,” said Fennell.
Fennell is also helping lead the modernization of Tiffin’s quality systems, including new software to better identify and address defects. He is driving the rollout of Critical to Quality (CTQ) inspections across manufacturing lines and leading executive quality audits involving members of the executive team in final PDI inspections.
“At Tiffin Motorhomes, we are focused on strengthening execution and reinforcing accountability across the business, starting with quality,” said Allen Bridges, chief operations officer. “Quality is the responsibility of every team member across our organization, and Michael’s promotion reflects our commitment to putting the right leadership in place to drive consistency, improve performance, and deliver products our customers can trust. The standard we are working toward was set by Bob Tiffin, and we are committed to upholding and building on that legacy every day.”
“Delivering consistent quality requires strong alignment across product development, manufacturing, PDI and customer service,” said Ken Walters, CEO of the Jayco-Tiffin Group. “By connecting these teams through clear ownership and disciplined use of key quality metrics, we’re ensuring every Tiffin motorhome meets the standards our customers expect.”
The creation of the vice president of quality role reflects Tiffin Motorhomes’ continued investment in delivering consistent, high-quality products, the company said.
