TMC Announces Class A Upgrades

Elkhart, Ind.-based Thor Motor Coach announces the 2021 upgrades for its A.C.E., Windsport and Hurricane Class A motorhomes.

The company said that one important update for these Class As is the 7.3-liter V8 engine, boasting 350 horsepower and 468 pounds-per-feet of torque, which decreases greenhouse gas emissions and increases power compared to the former V10 engine.

Along with the new engine comes a new dash, cup holders, auto headlights, hill start assist and instrument cluster to aid new and experienced owners alike. The new Axxera 10-inch dash radio features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as BlueTooth for connectivity off the grid.

Windsport’s interior updates include the “Carolina Cherry” cabinet package, as well as a Serta mattress and Furrion oven with cooktop glass cover that are now part of the standard build. That model even offers a Bird’s Eye window and Pet-Link multi-purpose tie-down features to make traveling with your furry friend more enjoyable for all.
