Thor Motor Coach reported that summer sales are heating up among its 2017 line-up of “recreational utility vehicle” motorhomes.
According to a news release from the company, the recreational utility lineup aims to draw new people to the RV lifestyle and eliminate the shortcomings of a traditional SUV by providing a fully-functional living environment with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and sleeping areas in a 25-foot or less package.
“The Axis and Vegas have been the talk of the RV industry since their debut. Consumers can see new interior decors from top to bottom, including the cabinetry, flooring, countertops and kitchen backsplash,” Thor Motor Coach said in the report. “Standard features this year include the bedroom and exterior television, a 12-volt attic fan with vent cover, and LED lighting in the step well and bedroom reading lights.”
The Compass and Gemini motorhomes, the newest members of Thor Motor Coach’s RUVs, receive more options to choose from this year such as the exterior 32-inch LED TV. Consumers also get to look at two floor plans with the addition of the 23TB.
