REV Group has announced that Tom Phillips has rejoined the company as COO effective April 1. As COO, Phillips will work closely with the company’s business units to ensure that they are executing on the company’s key supply chain, quality, cost and new product initiatives in order to delight our dealers and customers. Since his return from retirement, Phillips has already been working in conjunction with our finance and business leaders to identify opportunities for further growth, profitability and customer service.

Phillips will assume many of the duties of Marcus Berto, executive VP, who was terminated by the company effective March 26 due to personal conduct inconsistent with the company’s policies. Berto’s termination was not related to the company’s business, operations, financial performance, outlook or financial reporting.
