Several salesmen have been promoted to various positions through Torklift’s Leadership Growth Tract Program.

Kyle Bonita has been promoted to outside account manager for Torklift Central. Bonita spent two years as national sales manager at Torklift International, and three years in the customer sales and service department working with dealers and distributors before that. He started in 2013 in the manufacturing facility before joining the Leadership Growth Tract Program, which is a training program designed by Torklift to prepare people for promotion in the organization.

“The Leadership Growth Tract Program allows for individuals who are hired at Torklift to grow personally and professionally,” said Torklift President Jack Kay. “These gentlemen have worked extremely hard and put in additional time and effort to read leadership curriculum and pass tests along with extensive sales curriculum and field work. These folks have been cross-training for these positions for quite some time.”

Bonita will be responsible for growing business-to-business accounts for the Torklift retail store, conducting seminars and trainings at dealerships and attending trade shows, as well as seeking out new product ideas for the research and development department.

“I am always looking for different avenues and opportunities to help pave the way for increasing sales across the board,” Bonita said. “This is a new journey for me but it’s just another steppingstone in the road to opportunity to better understand our customers.”

Kyler Morrison is now Torklift’s national sales manager. He served as the territory representative in Washington and Oregon for two years where he developed relationships with dealers as well as OEM accounts. He is not new to attending distributor trade shows and will begin spearheading shows, as well as continuing to work with various OEM accounts.

“I am very excited to take on this role, there is so much to learn and so many wonderful people that I look forward to working with,” Morrison said. “I have a lot of new and exciting ideas to bring to the table. With my experience in the Washington and Oregon territory I feel that I have a good understanding of what people are looking for and what gets them excited.”

Jordan Harvell has been promoted to territory manager for Washington and Oregon. Harvell’s career began with Torklift in 2009 where he started in the production unit and advanced into the customer sales and service department. He’s been on the sales team attending trade shows and conducting trainings for the past several years.

“I am hopeful to teach as many dealers about the Torklift product to not only help Torklift grow but to help all dealers grow,” Harvell said. “I don’t want to be known as a salesman of any kind. Truth is, I don’t look at myself as a salesman. I am here to help. I’m a ‘helper-man,’ if you will. I’m here to help dealers who help our mutual customers solve any issues they may experience in the RV world.”
