Winnebago Industries has announced that Jacksonville, Miss.-based Travelcamp has earned the Flying W Dealer Excellence Award based on its performance between March 2018 and February 2019.
As a Flying W Award winner, Travelcamp stands with the top Winnebago dealer locations for service excellence and superior owner satisfaction.
“With this outstanding achievement, Travelcamp is setting the bar for the entire industry,” said Dean Casad, director of motorhome customer support at Winnebago Industries. “We are proud to recognize their commitment to going the extra mile for Winnebago owners.”
All Winnebago-branded motorhome and towable dealers are eligible for the award. Winners have received the highest scores based on results from purchase and delivery, and overall service experience surveys submitted by Winnebago owners.
As recognition for their achievement, Travelcamp will receive Flying W Award promotional and display materials for their dealership, as well as Flying W Dealer identification on the Winnebago Dealer Locator for the following 12 months.
