Trends: Several States Had Large Job Gains
The largest job gains occurred in Texas (336,700), California (321,800), and Florida (217,400), according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The largest percentage gains occurred in Utah (3.2 percent) and Idaho and Texas (2.7 percent each).
These data are from the Current Employment Statistics (State and Metro Area) program and are seasonally adjusted.
