Truma Head of Service & Retail Sales Joins RV PRO’s Advisory Board

We are honored to introduce our newest member of the Editorial Advisory Board, Stacey Harris, head of service and retail sales with Truma North America.

As a marketing and communications leader with over 30 years of experience, Harris oversees the Customer Service area, leads the Truma Dealer/Service Program and oversees marketing responsibilities for the Premium RV Supplier. Her responsibilities involve planning go-to-market strategies, managing customer care teams, overseeing branding and messaging, and executing digital marketing initiatives.

In 2024, Truma North America‘s digital efforts resulted in a 75% increase in organic web traffic and a 150% growth in Amazon retail sales compared to the previous year. These achievements reflect a commitment to leveraging data-driven decision-making and integrated campaigns to build brand equity and drive measurable results, Harris says.

Throughout her career, Harris has built strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand messaging, content development and brand revitalization. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, she focuses on cultivating meaningful connections with audiences and empowering team success.

A journalist at heart with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Speech Communication and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies both from Indiana University, Harris has enjoyed working with community publications where she has not only written and edited feature articles, but helped mentor younger writers as well.

Currently, Harris serves as an adjunct professor at Indiana University South Bend, sharing her knowledge and experiences in public relations and communication to inspire the next generation of professionals.
