Truma Issues Advisory for Combi Buyers

truma combi 2

With the recent Erwin Hymer Group North America receivership and subsequent auction of assets, Truma systems and parts may enter the market for sale to the general public, specifically the Truma Combi.

In a recent press release, the company stated that it prides itself in supplying the RV market globally with a focus on innovative, reliable, quality systems.

It also stated that Truma works closely with its manufacturing partners to ensure safe and reliable installation of its equipment and therefore does not allow unauthorized sales, installation or repair of Truma systems.

Therefore, with safety in mind, Truma advises that should someone encounter Truma products in the aftermarket or partially assembled, that warranty and service will not be covered by Truma. Truma also will not supply products or parts to support any aftermarket sold systems.

Questions or concerns can be sent to [email protected] and will be reviewed by Truma’s customer care team.
