The Truma North American headquarters has opened and is minutes west of the RV Hall of Fame in Elkhart. With 70 years of experience in the European RV industry, the family-owned company wanted to put down roots in North America, so they broke ground last November.
“After beginning business in North America in 2014, we quickly realized that Truma could be very successful in the North American market and began making plans to build a permanent space in Elkhart,” said Gerhard Hundsberger, president and CEO of Truma NA. “We wanted to build in the heart of the RV industry to provide the best service to our customers. Our focus for this project was to design a facility to bring all of our offices, warehousing, sales and service under one roof,”
Those interested can get a sneak peak of Truma’s new headquarters during the Elkhart Open House while enjoying some refreshments. The state-of-the-art Truma headquarters includes a showroom, a full sales and service center with overnight accommodations for customers, the Truma Education Center, a climate chamber, and office space.
Truma’s sister company, Alde, is also housed in the new facility.
