Truma North America has announced that its Truma Cooler portable fridge/freezer has won a 2021 European Innovation Award.
The European Innovation Award 2021, awarded by DoldeMedien Verlag and the editors of 17 European RV magazines, recognized the new Truma Cooler portable fridges/freezer as the 2021 top innovative product in the camping accessories category.
This is the second award in a few months for the Truma Cooler. Last year it won a 2020 Vesta Award, created by Hearth & Home magazine to recognize and honor companies for their product design and technology innovation.
Truma said the Cooler portable fridge/freezer is designed to keep food and drinks ice cold or frozen and can be used for “anything from bringing chilled drinks to after-school soccer practice to heading out on a week-long camping trip.”
Originally founded in Germany, Truma opened its North American headquarters in Elkhart, Ind., in 2013.
