UKT Group Announces US Patent for Air Conditioning Invention

The United Klima Technologies Group, UKT Air Conditioning Michigan USA, UKT Engineering Ltd. UK, Automotive AC Design and Consulting LLC (DE) announced the achievement of another patent in air conditioning development.

The patenting procedure for this new invention began more than five years ago, UKT said in a press release, requiring years of research and development, investment and the assistance of consultants in Israel, Italy and the U.S.

The invention was awarded the U.S. Patent and Trade Office (USPTO) number US 12,403,745 B2.

This achievement is very important since it concludes a cycle of nine previous inventions that started in 1997, UKT said in the press release, that have ushered in significant changes in modern air conditioning worldwide. (Click here for the history provided by UKT.)

The previous inventions also included the split air conditioner without an external unit and many others, such as highly efficient heat pumps without the need for an outdoor unit, the company said.

This last patent is a new solution to provide a full-season climate control unit for RVs, which results in multiple apparatus into one, which does not require any space inside the RV or on its roof. The unit is integrated in the floor and also contributes to vehicle stability and simplified maintenance, the company said.

This solution not only clears the roof from multiple ACs but provides multiple functions, the press release said. It integrates air conditioning and heating with a gas furnace, super dehumidification during rainy and cold season, and hot water, optimizing the weight of the number of components.
