Ultrafabrics Bought by Japanese Firm

Ultrafabrics, a supplier of products to RV manufacturers, recently was sold to Daiichi Kasei Co.

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, represented Ultrafabricsin the sale.

Daiichi Kasei, a publicly traded company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan, bought Ultrafabrics for a total consideration that translates into an enterprise value of $150 million. 

Ultrafabrics, based in Tarrytown, N.Y., and founded in 1999, supplies high-performance polyurethane fabrics.

The Company's end-markets include furniture, automotive, RV, aviation, health care and marine.
