A members-only webinar from the RV Industry Association is being presented next week entitled, “2020 RV Buyers: Insights & Motivations.”
“The past year has seen an incredible influx of new buyers drawn to RVs and the ability to have the freedom to travel and experience an active outdoor lifestyle,” RVIA said in its announcement. “Join us on Wednesday, May 26, for a members-only webinar to gain a clearer understanding of the motivations, attitudes, behaviors, and future travel plans of these new RVers.”
The information presented will be based on a survey of new RVers who bought their RVs since April 2020. RVIA Senior Director of Membership and Research, Bill Baker, will lead a discussion with Scott Bahr of Cairn Consulting, who executed the survey.
Participants will hear the positive and negative things new RVers have to say about their experiences over the past year and come away with a better understanding of how to keep these new RVers in the industry.

Also, on Thursday, June 3, RVIA will host a members-only webinar to review the upcoming Summer RV RoadSigns forecast and provide insight on how the forecast was developed from ITR Economics Senior Economist and Econ Manager Eric Post.
The RV RoadSigns quarterly forecast provides wholesale shipment projections and insight on macroeconomic factors impacting the RV industry. The newest forecast will be released two days before the webinar, on Tuesday, June 1.
