USWC Launches Eagle Infinity Plan
Cleveland, Ohio-based United States Warranty Corporation (USWC) presents its new 2020 RV service contract program, which it calls Eagle Infinity.
USWC is one of the oldest service contract providers in the U.S.
“For 45 years we have been committed to serving RV customers throughout the country and do it by providing excellent service with integrity and trust … the time has come to provide a product that differentiates us further” said Alexis Reed, USWC chief operating officer.
Katie Lentine, vice president of business development for USWC’s recreational division, said a lot of thought internally and feedback from customers led to the creation of this new program.
“Many of our current dealers have been asking for enhancements in our F & I product lines,” Lentine said. “We have put a lot of time around the new Eagle Infinity program, with no expiration date/no expiration mileage. It was important to create coverage that goes above and beyond the traditional exclusionary plan (with a set list of items not covered). We had the millennial & boomer buyers in mind when creating a plan that offers coverage for electrical, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical components on the entire vehicle that also includes: consequential damage, enhanced wheel & tire and enhanced service calls.”
Adds Jodi Latshaw, president of USWC: “In addition to creating a spectacular service contract, we have also updated our rates and eligibility to stay competitive in the ever-growing market. With our new rebranding and program enhancements, now is the time for dealers to think about switching providers. We are high touch, handshake kind of people. As the creator and administrator of our own service contract there are no silos, no long wait times for approvals and fast approvals mean fast payments for everyone. We have created a best in class, robust benefit package with higher coverage limits, and the no expiration date/no expiration mileage plan can’t compare to any on the market.”
