Venture RV was recently awarded the 2020 RVDA Quality Circle Award. The announcement was communicated by Chris Andro, chairman of the board of the National RV Dealers Association, who explained, “The DSI Quality Circle Awards recognize top-rated manufacturers in several important areas of dealer and customer support.”
Dealer levels of satisfaction ratings are based on several support criteria, including reliability/quality, parts, warranty, and sales. Dave Boggs, Venture general manager, said, “Venture’s entire line was recognized, including Sonic Lite/Sonic, Stratus and SportTrek/SportTrek Touring. I couldn’t be more proud of everyone connected with the design and construction our products; Venture’s commitment to innovation, quality and customer service really shows.”
Chris Graham of Trailblazer RV agreed, adding, “We’ve been a Venture RV dealer since their inception, and I can say confidently that Venture RV products have been one of the biggest factors in our dealership’s success.
