Video: Why Leigh Tiffin Joined National Indoor RV Centers

In a recent YouTube video, Brett Davis, founder and CEO of National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC), met with Angie Morell, chief sales officer, and Leigh Tiffin, president, to discuss why Tiffin resigned from Tiffin Motorhomes to become president of NIRVC.

Davis provided context for the decision, explaining that NIRVC had always planned for an IPO since its founding in 2009. In order to prepare for an IPO in 2029, he said he needed to find a successor who investors could trust, one that would guide the company through a successful IPO.

It was that search for a successor that brought Leigh Tiffin to NIRVC. Davis said in June 2024, Tiffin asked for a meeting and then said he wanted to “throw his hat in the ring” for the role of successor. Davis recalled Tiffin saying that he’d like to be a part of an IPO, to put that on his résumé. He also said Tiffin wanted the opportunity to make a name for himself outside Tiffin Motorhomes, to make his mark on the RV industry.

Tiffin will head all operations at NIRVC. “He’s an exceptional manager,” Davis said. “He thrives on coaching and managing people.”
