Vixen Composites is expanding its portfolio of engineered composite solutions with a new lineup of high-performance panels that help address key RV industry challenges, including weight reduction, moisture resistance, durability and manufacturing efficiency. Being introduced during Airxcel’s 2026 Product Showcase, the products include composite roof and floor panels, ramp door panels, slide-out floor systems and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) products engineered to help OEMs build stronger, lighter and more reliable recreational vehicles, Vixen Composites said in a release.

Vixen Composite solutions featured at the showcase include:
- 5/16-Inch Composite Sandwich Panel – Designed for RV roof and floor applications, this lightweight composite panel features a closed-cell PET core with fiberglass reinforcement, delivering structural strength, moisture resistance, durability and seamless integration into existing OEM manufacturing processes.
- Ramp Door Panel – Engineered for toy haulers and trailer ramp doors, this one-piece composite panel combines lightweight construction with the strength needed to support heavy equipment while improving weather resistance, safety and long-term reliability.
- Slideout Composite Floor – Built for RV slideout systems, this composite floor helps reduce weight while resisting water, insects and delamination, improving durability, reliability and long-term performance in a critical vehicle component.
- FRP Products – Vixen Composites’ fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) lineup offers premium appearance, consistent quality and manufacturing flexibility. Available in multiple finishes and thicknesses, it supports diverse sidewall and specialty vehicle applications. The collection includes six product options: FibroGloss, FibroElite, FibroMax, FibroSupreme, FibroPlus, FibroFlex and FibroSharp.
