Jason BarberJason Barber, CRO, voAIce Corporation

voAIce Corporation announced the appointment of automotive veteran Jason Barber as its new chief revenue officer (CRO). In this role, Barber will be responsible for bringing category-defining AI technology to automotive, RV, marine, powersports, heavy truck and equipment retailers nationwide.

An automotive industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Barber is a founder and executive officer recognized for building successful companies across SaaS, hospitality, retail, and technology. Prior to joining voAIce Corporation, he spent over a decade as president and co-founder of Friendemic, a customer experience platform that helped automotive and powersports dealerships improve communication, reputation and customer relationships. Friendemic was acquired by Kenect in 2022, a result he credits primarily to the team that built it with him. He is also co-owner of Nxwhere California, a portfolio of brand-heavy direct to consumer and retail businesses spanning coffee, retail, and real estate. His strategy, product, revenue growth, and partnerships experience make him an invaluable asset to the team.

“These industries are ready for real change, and voAIce has the technology, the product, and the team to lead the way,” said Barber. “OliviaAI stands apart from the other AI platforms that I’ve seen. It’s not just another helpful tool slapped on top of a CRM but built from the ground up to be directly integrated with DealerCRM. This was very intentional. The team at voAIce has really tapped into the depth of potential that AI has to offer. There aren’t many chances to join something at exactly the right moment. This is one of them. I am excited to be part of it and ready to move fast.”

As CRO, Barber will oversee the company’s sales, customer success, and retention initiatives. Additionally, he will scale voAIce Corporation’s sales organization to support the company’s next phase of growth. This includes deepening relationships across dealer groups, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and channel partners across the five industry verticals that voAIce Corporation serves.

“Jason is a highly respected industry leader- growing innovative technology companies across both Automotive and Powersports the last two decades,” said Richard Keith Latman, voAIce Corporation’s founder and CEO. “As voAIce continues to expand, and OliviaAI’s advanced AI-powered unified selling system ushers in substantial impact for our customers, I cannot think of a better time for Jason to lead our revenue growth and organizational transformation.”
