Flow-Rite has extended the warranty on its Pro-Fill RV Single Point Battery Watering System, which it said solves the difficulties of checking the water levels and refilling RV batteries. The warranty has been extended to five years.
Flow-Rite said that its Pro-Fill system works on any type of 6-volt battery set-up, whether it’s a single battery or a bank of six, and because its valves replace the battery vent caps there’s no risk of acid splashing back up out of the cell. An integrated flow indicator shows when to stop adding water so there’s no danger of overflow.
The company said that keeping battery water levels accurate ensures optimal charge capacity and extends the battery’s service life.
Installing Pro-Fill RV is simple, the company said. Each fill cap is replaced by a Flow-Rite valve. These are connected via the manifold and from battery to battery with hoses. To watch a video of a Pro-Fill system install click here.
