Way Expands R&D and Operations Team
Way Interglobal has announced two new organizational changes to keep pace with the major growth the company is experiencing.
Chris Greer, who has been vice president of operations for the past year, will be appointed to a newly created role of vice president of research and development and product development. Greer has been a vital part of Way’s growth during his tenure with the company. His expertise in the RV industry and knowledge of engineering and development will speed up efforts to release products at an even faster timeframe to the marketplace, the company said. In his new role, Greer will oversee the product development and service teams that support Way products.
Additionally, Way has announced the hiring of Mike Custer. Custer will assume the role of vice president of operations where he will oversee all aspects of Way’s day to day operations from order entry, warehousing and logistics thru delivery and billing. Custer comes to Way with an impressive background and pedigree in supply chain and distribution operations and will help the company continue to deliver for its suppliers and OEM and aftermarket customers, Way said.
“I am very happy to see the team we are developing and the growth we are having collectively. All of this is a testament to the hard work and team effort mentality across the organization!” said Wayne Kaylor, CEO of Way, about these personnel moves.
