The Mike Molino RV Learning Center and strategic partner KPA will host a free webinar at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, Aug. 23, entitled “Document, Document, Document.” Attendees will learn how and when to initiate disciplinary action, best practices to create solid documentation, and how to develop a proper disciplinary policy.
Managing employee performance is about handling the good and the bad, and documenting both. Good feedback is easier to deliver and requires specificity, stated the organizations. Bad feedback is more difficult to give and is needed to improve an employee’s performance.
