Speaker/author Chris Helder, who will present the keynote address during the convention's general session, will sign copies of his work "The Ultimate Book of Influence" at the Wells Fargo CDF booth immediately following his general session presentation.
If you're in the business of selling something, the ability to influence and persuade others is one of the most valuable skills you can have, says Helder. During his keynote address, he'll share his tools of persuasion, teaching attendees how to choose the right kind of communication techniques for any situation.
The general session takes place from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7. Immediately afterward, Helder will sign copies of his work, "The Ultimate Book of Influence:10 Tools of Persuasion to Connect, Communicate and Win in Business" at the Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Financebooth (#202).
