WFCO Electronics has issued the following announcement:

“Elkhart, Ind.-based WFCO Electronics is always looking for new ways to provide our customers with more information and resources on our product line. For over five years, in-depth training has helped dealerships better sell, replace, and troubleshoot WFCO products. So, we’re very excited to now offer digital training for RV dealer technicians on WFCO power products that count towards RVTI continuing education credit.

“To participate in the training, simply visit www.wfcoelectronics.com and go to the ‘RVTI Technician Training’ found under the ‘Support’ tab. Simply follow the link where you will be prompted to enter a name and an email. Below those, you will find the training video that will need to be watched by the technician. Once the video is viewed, a test of 25 multiple choice questions will follow. A score of 75 percent will get the technician continuing education credit, and will be submitted to RVTI.

“The training covers all WFCO product lines (converters, inverters, transfer switches, energy management, and more) and focuses on product features, troubleshooting, common misconceptions, and problems and solutions. Other WFCO technologies and resources like three-stage charging, our online dealer toolbox, Power Pros program, warranty details, and more will also be highlighted. Also under the ‘Support’ tab are 90 second quick-reference troubleshooting videos.

“‘For the technicians to have the flexibility to complete the training on their own time and receive RVTI continuing education credit is a great opportunity during these times,’ said Bobby Raatz, managing director of Arterra Distribution. ‘We want to provide our customers with every chance to take advantage of training and learn more about WFCO products.’

“Arterra Distribution is the RV division of the WFCO Group, and is a family-owned company that has been providing technologically advanced and innovative quality power products for more than 40 years. Visit www.wfcoelectronics.com/industry-firsts/ for a long list of all innovations.”
