Wilkins RV, headquartered in Bath, N.Y., has made a $25,000 pledge to Mike Molino RV Learning Center. This generous pledge will bring the dealership’s total lifetime contribution to $58,000.
“The RV Learning Center provides an array of training and certification opportunities for fixed operations dealership personnel,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “This pledge from Brian Wilkins on behalf of Wilkins RV will help provide new online courses for parts managers and specialists who are so important to improving customer service.”
RV Learning Center’s online parts courses are scheduled to launch in 2022. The new courses will expand the catalog of online training for fixed operations professionals available to dealership employees.
A former RVDA chairman of the board, Wilkins was instrumental in launching the industry-wide effort to improve Repair Event Cycle Time. He remains active on the association’s Board of Delegates and serves on the RV Learning Center Board of Directors.
The Bath headquarters is one of six full-service RV dealerships that Wilkins has in New York.
