Winnebago has announced the winners of the 2020 Flying W Dealer Excellence Award at the “Bound Together” dealer meeting in Palm Springs, Calif. The award recognizes top Winnebago dealer locations for service excellence and superior owner satisfaction, reflecting the brand’s emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences, according to the manufacturer.
“We are thrilled to be awarding dealerships with The Flying W Dealer Excellence award for the program’s second year. This program speaks directly to our mission of delivering an unsurpassed customer experience,” said Dean Casad, director, customer support at Winnebago Motorhomes. “We congratulate this year’s winning dealers and appreciate their dedication to raise the customer-satisfaction bar for Winnebago product owners.”
All Winnebago-branded motorhome and towable dealers are eligible to receive the Flying W Dealer Excellence Award. Scores are based on results from purchase and delivery, and warranty service experience surveys submitted by Winnebago owners.
The 2020 Flying W Award recognizes the top one-third of Winnebago dealers, with special platinum recognition for the 12 dealers that rated the highest in customer satisfaction during the program period of February 2019 to February 2020.
All Flying W Award winners will receive promotional and display materials for their dealership, as well as Flying W Dealer identification on the Winnebago Dealer Locator for the next 12 months.
