Winnebago Industries has named a new executive director to its corporate responsibility team – Jil Littlejohn Bostick.
In this role, Littlejohn Bostick will guide Winnebago Industries Foundation’s giving through strategic philanthropy and partnerships and continue to advance the company’s efforts to create a high performing, engaged culture, with a focus on giving back to the communities where its employees and customers live, work and play. Littlejohn Bostick will retain her previous responsibilities for the company’s inclusion, diversity, equity and action initiatives.
“Jil brings strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive positive change to the role,” said Stacy Bogart, general counsel, corporate vice president and secretary at Winnebago Industries. “We look forward to supporting Jil as she enhances this role and furthers our commitment to helping every person be great, outdoors.”
Prior to joining the company in 2021, Littlejohn Bostick held leadership roles in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, including serving as the director of inclusion and diversity at Hubbell, and as the first female president and CEO of the Urban League of the Upstate. She has also worked as the executive director and CEO for the YWCA of Greenville, South Carolina.

Winnebago Industries has stated an intention to double its annual giving by the end of its fiscal 2025 year.”
