W.L. Hamlet Associates recently launched four-hour, accredited RV Industry Association field training classes for Dicor roofing and sidewall repair products and WFCO Electronics.
The hands-on technician training classes were field tested from September 2017 and have already trained more than 500 RV technicians.
The 4-hour classes can accommodate up to 23 technicians. W.L. Hamlett and Associates is one of the first manufacturer’s representative firms to offer this educational training, the company stated.
Jim Kaskey, the dedicated instructor for the firm’s training, was one of the original pioneers of the RVIA education program.
