Workshops on Improving Customer Experience Offered at RVDA Con/Expo

JeredSobel2022bSobel

Join Jered Sobel, president of Sobel University, for two workshops at the upcoming RV Dealers Convention/Expo at the Paris Las Vegas. These sessions are designed to help RV sales professionals connect more effectively with today’s informed customers, identify what matters most to them, and give them the confidence to move forward with their purchase. Learn game-changing strategies that top RV salespeople use every day to build trust, maintain control of the process and close more deals.

Both sessions will be part of the business innovation (Sales & F&I) education track, where Jered Sobel will share practical tools and insights that help dealerships thrive in a changing marketplace, according to an RVDA press release.

From 1:15-2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, Sobel will teach attendees of his workshop various skills to improve the customer experience throughout the sales process during “Three Techniques Every Salesperson Should Use Every Time with Every Customer.”

Learning outcomes for this session:

  • How to make customers feel listened to.
  • How to execute the fundamentals that every market needs.
  • How to help salespeople maintain control.

“Customers are Researching RVs the Wrong Way”will be presented from 12:15-1:15 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13. This workshop acknowledges that consumers heavily research RVs online before ever visiting a dealership and will remind dealers that there are always situations or products that escape the buyer’s attention.

Learning outcomes for this session:

  • How sales expectations differ, and how they are the same, for first-time vs experienced customers.
  • The presentation technique all buyers need to have the confidence to buy today.
  • The difference in how customers view camping and maintenance expectations.

The dealer-organized RVDA Convention will provide an in-depth look into the current sales landscape. Attendees will have access to valuable resources to optimize all departments within a dealership, including fixed operations.
