Keystone Automotive Operations Inc. today (Feb. 17) announced that it is seeking to move forward with its plan calling for bond holders to exchange their 9-3/4 percent senior notes for a 22 percent stake in the reorganized company. It also provides them with the ability to acquire roughly 47 percent of the company’s new common stock pursuant to a rights offering of up to $60 million.
