RV fixed operations professionals are invited to join the RV Dealers Association (RVDA)’s Director of Partnerships Patrick Calpin and Tony Yerman, Mike Molino RV Learning Center fixed operations consultant, for a special session on Monday, Jan. 15 at 2 p.m. during the NTP-STAG Expo in Kissimmee, Florida.
The RV Learning Center workshop will provide an overview of online training and certification programs that are ideal for new hires as well as experienced personnel looking to enhance existing skills and those new to the RV industry.
In the session, attendees will learn how fixed operations online courses and certification can help parts and service management professionals deal with the influx of new and returning customers looking to enhance or repair their towable or motorized product.
Online courses for fixed operations personnel cover how to:
- Efficiently manage the parts and service departments to improve Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT)
- Organize parts and service management workflows
- Deal effectively with difficult customers and improve customer satisfaction
- Improve employee retention through professional development and recognition
The session will also provide information on how to register for free fixed operations certification readiness tests using the new RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app.
