As the Leadership Development Coordinator for Lippert’s Transportation Group, Siria supports the growth and development of leaders across a diverse operational workforce. She coordinates and delivers leadership training programs, partners with business and HR leaders to identify development needs, and helps implement initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, communication and leadership effectiveness.
In her role, Siria has introduced innovative approaches to leadership development by focusing on practical, people-centered programs that strengthen confidence, communication and long-term career growth within a traditionally operational workforce.
One of her most impactful contributions has been her leadership of the Lippert Women’s Network. Through her dedication, she has helped grow the network into a thriving community that provides connection, mentorship and professional development opportunities for women across multiple locations and roles. Siria has intentionally expanded opportunities for connection, with a particular impact among Spanish-speaking employees who often benefit from her ability to bridge communication and cultural gaps. She ensures women across all roles and backgrounds feel seen, heard and supported.
Siria’s leadership is defined not only by program execution, but also by innovation in inclusion — creating spaces where women feel seen, supported and empowered to grow within the RV industry. She approaches every interaction with a people-first mindset, always willing to step in to help, encourage or support others wherever needed.
Her influence extends beyond formal programs. Siria invests personally in mentoring and encouraging others, including supporting women through key career milestones that have contributed to shaping a more inclusive and people-focused culture at Lippert. Through her authenticity, empathy and dedication, she continues to elevate women and strengthen the future of leadership within our organization and the broader RV industry.

Own your God‑given purpose, silence imposter thoughts and lead fearlessly, because you are called to transform, to influence and to shape a legacy that elevates both the RV industry and every person entrusted to your leadership, men and women alike.
What it means to Siria to be a Women in Business honoree:
Being recognized as a Women in Business honoree is both humbling and motivating. It reinforces my responsibility to lead with integrity, champion growth and create opportunities for others. More than a personal achievement, it’s a call to serve the people and industry I’m entrusted to influence and a reminder to women that they, too, belong at the table. If my leadership opens even one more door for another woman to walk through, this honor becomes even more meaningful.
