40 Under 40: Alex Hodschayan
Director of Marketing, SuperSprings International; With Company: 2 years

When Alex Hodschayan stepped into the RV industry in 2023, he sought to make an impact. Just two years later, as Director of Marketing at SuperSprings International, the difference he’s made is clear.
Hodschayan has elevated the company’s brand and digital presence; developed systems and strategies that empower his team and strengthen dealer and OEM relationships; and raised the level of education across the RV industry.
He centers his leadership on a simple philosophy: bring people together around a shared vision, then equip them to succeed.
That strategy has reshaped SuperSprings’ culture. Instead of sales, engineering and marketing operating in separate silos, Hodschayan created an environment where collaboration is the norm. He put CRM processes in HubSpot, developed dealer-ready resources and streamlined campaigns to connect teams and enhance the customer experience.
Hodschayan has risen as a recognizable voice across the industry. His “Engineering Corner” video series and educational blog posts have turned complex suspension technology into something that’s easily understood. Whether the audience is a dealer trying to guide a customer, an OEM partner evaluating solutions or an RV owner simply wanting confidence in their purchase, these efforts have positioned SuperSprings as a trusted industry resource.
He has also addressed one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: counterfeit parts. These knockoffs can confuse customers, pose serious safety risks and undermine the integrity of legitimate manufacturers. Hodschayan has advocated for consumer safety and championed American-made products to bring awareness to a growing issue while reinforcing industry trust.
Hodschayan has also modernized SuperSprings’ marketing approach by building a digital foundation that keeps pace with evolving expectations.
The results of these efforts speak for themselves: YouTube subscribers have soared from 7,000 to over 105,000, total social media following has quadrupled to over 500,000, and website traffic surged 187.59% in his first year and another 31.7% in his second. Paid media campaigns under his direction have also produced an ROI of over 3,500%.
Beyond marketing metrics, Hodschayan also partnered with sales to secure TÜV certification for Sprinter- and Transit-based RVs, strengthening credibility with OEMs and opening new international opportunities for the company.
Internally, SuperSprings has tapped Hodschayan to lead cross-functional initiatives and guide projects where marketing connects directly to business growth. Peers outside the company see Hodschayan as someone raising the bar for the entire RV industry.
As a Jeep owner and avid off-roader, Hodschayan spends weekends on the trails, testing outdoor gear in real-world conditions. His two dogs are his constant companions on hikes, road trips and daily walks through Seattle. He also runs a growing YouTube channel, sharing his adventures and connecting with a broader outdoor community.
In just two years, Hodschayan has strengthened SuperSprings International, advanced critical conversations within the RV community, and inspired lasting confidence among dealers, partners and RV owners alike.
What advice do you have for up-and-coming leaders in the RV industry?
My advice would be to always keep an eye on what’s happening outside of the RV and automotive world. Some of the best ideas come from other industries and bringing that fresh perspective into our space can really set you apart. At the same time, marketing trends move fast, so staying ahead means being willing to test, learn and adapt quickly. Most importantly, listen to your customers — pay attention to how they talk, where they spend their time and what matters to them — and meet them where they are.
