Amber’s advice for upcoming leaders in the RV space:
“Remember that leadership doesn’t require a title. Embrace what makes you unique, and be genuine in sharing your story, including both your wins and losses. Offer your insights and knowledge, especially in areas you’re passionate about, even if it’s outside your role. Help others by listening with compassion and connecting them to the right resources. Be someone others can approach for advice, and always embody the culture you want to create by caring about others and supporting their growth.”
