Hannah Corn has transformed Lippert’s marketing landscape as the company’s first global social media manager, building an international team from scratch and setting a new bar for how world-class brands show up online. Her leadership has redefined social media in the RV space, turning it into a powerful driver of awareness, connection and industry influence.
Now leading a team of marketing strategists as marketing manager since 2023, Hannah brings OEM products to market in close partnership with dealers and manufacturers. “She has built strong relationships across Lippert’s segments, always focused on solving consumer challenges and putting the customer first,” a peer says. “Her work ensures that innovative, safer and more reliable RV solutions not only reach the market but also strengthen the industry as a whole.”
Hannah grew Lippert’s social media followers to 1 million globally in her first two years, and she grew the OEM marketing sales team from zero to four team members. Her contributions to campaigns with the Lippert Marketing Creative Team saw a lift in sales for Furrion Chill Cube 18K A/Cs for MY2025. And her efforts led to being the 2024 winner of a Lippert award for Excellence in Customer Experience.
Hannah’s success has not come without its challenges. But she has overcome significant industry headwinds by rolling up her sleeves and leading with people first. In the face of economic shifts, supply chain challenges and evolving customer demands, she has prioritized building strong relationships inside the company, across industry partners, with the customer at the center.
“By fostering a positive and creative atmosphere, even in difficult times, Hannah has kept her teams motivated and collaborative, ensuring that challenges are met with innovative solutions,” her peer adds. “Her steady focus on relationships and problem-solving has not only helped Lippert navigate uncertainty, but has also reinforced the company’s reputation as a trusted partner committed to solving real customer needs.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children including reading, board games, travel and camping in their RV at Lake Michigan.
What advice do you have for up-and-coming leaders in the RV industry?
Lead from the customer back. Spend time in the field, at dealers and with campers. Ask, “What problem are we solving for them today?”
What does it mean to you to be a 40 Under 40 honoree as part of the RV industry?
It’s humbling being recognized along great leaders and I’m proud to say that Lippert has been a wonderful home for me to learn and grow.
