Throughout her career at Thetford, Nicole has been promoted six times, reflecting her impressive performance and leadership abilities. She has also been recognized with intercompany Values awards and earned the coveted “Golden Plunger” award for her contributions.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s swimming in her pool, tubing or camping with her husband, Kenny, and their son, Lincoln. An avid cat mom, Nicole has recently expanded her family with a bearded dragon and baby chicks. Her infectious personality and ability to form lasting connections have made her a respected figure within both Thetford and the broader RV industry.
Nicole’s advice for upcoming leaders in the RV space:
My advice for aspiring leaders is to BE YOURSELF. Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not just because of a title. Stay humble, appreciate your team, and embrace empathy and vulnerability. Encourage your team to make smart, strategic decisions independently and motivate them to come to the table with solutions rather than complaints.
What it means to Nicole to be a 40 Under 40 honoree:
I am grateful and humbled by this recognition. I love my career, and it reaffirms that what I do every day truly makes a difference in the RV industry.
