40 Under 40: Ronnetha Morman
Marketing Content Manager; Campers Inn RV; With company: 3 years | Industry experience: 3 years

Ronnetha Morman’s leadership shines through her work, which, ironically, is her role at Campers Inn RV: to shine a light on the RV dealership through creative marketing.
“She possesses an unmatched willingness to take on any task, paired with a constant drive to elevate not only her own skills but also the performance of those around her. As the dynamic leader of the Campers Inn RV content team, she orchestrates all social media, internal communications, sponsorship initiatives, and parts and service marketing — ensuring every message resonates with the brand’s vision,” says nominator Megan Neighbors.
Throughout her three years at Campers Inn RV, Ronnetha has evolved marketing for the service side of the business tenfold, defining a strong brand and distinct voice for Campers Inn RV service.
“Her ability to seamlessly collaborate across multiple departments, all while maintaining grace, calmness and an open-door approach, has made her both a trusted partner and a go-to problem solver. In an industry that moves quickly, Ronnetha’s steady leadership, creativity and commitment to excellence set her apart as a true force in shaping the future of RV marketing,” says Megan.
Ronnetha has bridged the marketing gap between service and sales, creating true cohesion by ensuring each department is equally represented and strategically promoted. She has helped drive increased profitability and foster a more unified brand presence.
“Beyond her impact on external marketing, she has championed internal communications, ensuring employees are informed, engaged and connected to the company’s mission. She spearheaded initiatives such as the monthly employee newsletter, monthly video messages from our COO and other key internal communications — delivering everything from employee recognition spotlights to hiring updates and company-wide news. Through her efforts, she has strengthened both our internal culture and our market presence, positioning Campers Inn RV for long-term success,” says Megan.
Because of Ronnetha’s concentrated and strategic marketing efforts for service and parts, gross profit in service has increased by approximately $1 million year-over-year.
Outside of work, Ronnetha enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. She is an avid traveler, often exploring new destinations with her husband. She has a passion for baking and is a devoted Beyoncé fan and loves attending her concerts whenever she has the opportunity.
Ronnetha’s advice for up-and-coming leaders in the RV industry:
Don’t be afraid to break the mold and take up space. If you see a need, step in and fill the gap. Every person brings unique perspectives and experiences, and that diversity is what drives improvements and innovation in our industry. Speak up — even if your voice shakes — and trust in your abilities.
What it means to Ronnetha to be a 40 Under 40 honoree:
It’s truly a blessing to be named to the 2025 40 Under 40 list. Just a few years ago, I took a leap of faith into a completely new industry that I knew very little about. While I was nervous at first, the journey has been incredible. I’ve had opportunities and experiences I never could have imagined and have built lasting relationships along the way. One of Campers Inn RV’s core values is teamwork, and I’m especially grateful to my team for their support. None of the projects I lead would be possible without them.
