The RV Industry Association (RVIA) Leadership Conference will feature a group discussion session on a new approach to hospitality by experts Billy Peelle and Lindsey Peckham of Eleven Madison Park.
Eleven Madison Park first appeared in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2010, and climbed to be ranked No.1 in 2017. Peckham served as director of guest relations while Peelle served as general manager when the restaurant was named No. 1 in the world.
The group discussion at the Leadership Conference, held in Bonita Springs, Florida, March 5-7, will take a deep dive into how Eleven Madison Park built extraordinary success on a radically different approach to looking after its guests, and how the RV industry could make improvements to the buying, ownership and camping experiences.
