Model Year 2026 Preview: Remote Vans & nuCamp
Remote Vans
Remote Vans’ 2026 Premium Adventure Van Series marks a significant evolution in the brand’s approach to design, performance and the customer experience. Developed with input from its Rolling Nomads owner community, the new series reflects a focused effort on refining weight, layout and technology without sacrificing the durability and comfort the company is known for.
The 2026 collection presented at Open House reintroduces the Friday, Oasis and Aegis models with extensive upgrades and debuts the T-45 Series, an entry-level van tailored for new adventurers.
“We’ve raised the bar even higher with our new 2026s,” says Daryn Hillhouse, co-founder of Remote Vans. “They are lighter, smarter and more intuitive, with over 100 significant improvements and upgrades over the previous year. Every model features upgraded upholstery and flooring choices, improved integration of the state-of-the-art Pennyworth Van Control System, and unmatched attention to detail.”
He adds that Remote Vans never compromises on quality or innovation, and that attendees at this year’s Open House will see that the “2026 Series is a bold testament to that commitment.”
Hillhouse says every van in the 2026 lineup offers distinctly personalized upholstery, flooring and interior designs.

The T-45 Series offers everything first-time explorers need for adventure, according to Hillhouse. Its full suite of essentials includes a fully functional kitchen, a queen-size bed and a shower. The T-45 also balances practicality with rugged design, featuring a roof rack, side ladder and custom-designed 17-inch Codsworth wheels.
“The unit offers plenty of room to add more accessories as you do,” he adds, noting this series is available in Original, Dark Mission and Neon Lights branding kits.
The Friday Series ups the ante with a robust power system and Starlink Mini connectivity, making it ideal for long weekends, week-long adventures and remote work. It features a 16.8 kWh power system to deliver twice the battery power of the T-45, and exterior upgrades include the Vanhalla Rear Door Carrier with spare-wheel mount.
This series is available in the company’s Original and Dark Mission branding kits.
For those heading deeper off-grid, the Oasis offers more substantial upgrades, including the larger Nomadic X3 AC, full Van Compass 4.3+ suspension with heavy-duty opti-leaf springs and Baja brackets. The Oasis also offers an air compressor, Alpine sound system, upgraded Pennyworth Van Control System and Starlink connectivity. Its accessories include a Vanhalla front bumper, side steps, a roof rack with front and rear LED light bars, rear door carriers, wheel mount and storage loot box.

The Oasis Series is available in the following branding kits: Original, Dark Mission and Ghost Silver.
The company describes its Aegis Series as “the ultimate adventure van.” It builds upon everything the Oasis offers but comes fully loaded with an upgraded Van Compass suspension with Inverted Rally Struts. Other premium accessories include the Vanhalla rear bumper, hood struts, rugged skid plates, roof rack, rocker lockers and rear door carriers, wheel mount and storage loot box.
The Aegis Series also offers 360-degree roof-mounted lighting and fully installed Starlink High Performance system.
Across the board, Hillhouse reports Remote Vans has trimmed over 500 pounds from each model through the use of new materials and design improvements.
He says other highlights include upgraded interior finishes, Solarcore insulation with improved thermal performance, a redesigned aluminum kitchen and shower system with storage caddy.

On the tech side, Remote Vans has streamlined and expanded the Pennyworth Van Control System with an improved layout, intuitive control and a Smart Climate System. All models also feature upgraded power systems and PEX-A plumbing designed for four-season use.
The 2026 vans also showcase Remote Van’s partnership with Vanhalla, whose rugged accessories are now seamlessly integrated across the lineup. From bug screens to bumpers, each piece is engineered for durability and long-term adventures.
While the pricing reflects the premium nature of the builds — starting at $174,900 for the T-45 and reaching $247,900 for the Aegis — Remote Vans maintains a transparent pricing structure across all dealer locations.
nuCamp
As nuCamp celebrates 20 years of crafting teardrop trailers and travel units, the company is gearing up for a milestone moment at the 2025 Elkhart Open House. Headlining its 2026 lineup is a new travel trailer floorplan that promises to deliver comfort, functionality and a modern design.

“As we celebrate 20 years of craftsmanship, we’re proud to unveil a product that reflects our heritage and our continued sense of adventure,” says Jill Nelson, nuCamp marketing manager.
In addition to the new floorplan, nuCamp will roll out upgrades across its product lines. These include an extra battery option for extended off-grid adventures, a MaxxAir fan for improved airflow and refreshed exterior graphics for the TAB 360 and TAB 400.
“These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to evolving with our dealers and customers as we mark 20 years of building remarkable RVs,” Nelson says. “We’re giving dealers and customers more of what they’ve been asking for — without losing what makes a nuCamp, a nuCamp.”

The company is building on momentum from a successful anniversary year, marked by the quick sellout of limited-edition teardrop models like the TAG, TAB 320, TAB 360, TAB 360 CS and TAB 400. These commemorative editions featured custom badging and exclusive touches.
Strong dealer and customer response also greeted the recent launches of the TAB 360, 360 CS and lightweight TAB 320 LITE. “Each model brought something unique to the table … Whether it was the innovative layout of the 360, the expanded kitchen space in the 360 CS or the simplicity and lightweight design of the 320 LITE, these introductions really resonated with today’s campers,” Nelson says.

Looking ahead, nuCamp plans to lean into what dealers and customers value most — quality, comfort and purposeful design. “While we are keeping some details under wraps for now, we are confident that what we are introducing will resonate with both longtime fans of the brand and those discovering NuCamp for the first time. It’s an exciting and meaningful year ahead,” Nelson concludes.
Dealers and visitors can find nuCamp’s 2026 lineup at its display located off county Road 17: turn onto Executive Parkway and take the first left. nuCamp will be in the first booth on the right.
