Outside Van is introducing new models and expanded customization options for 2027, from an all-new entry-level model to expanded factory-installed upgrades and exclusive dealer editions.
The biggest news for 2027 is the introduction of Baseline, an RV Industry Association-certified “starter” van designed to provide an affordable entry point into the adventure van market.
Rather than offering every available amenity from the outset, Baseline provides the essentials, making it ideal for budget-minded buyers who want to upgrade over time, do-it-yourself enthusiasts looking for a solid foundation, and dealerships interested in adding their own custom touches.
Outside Van is also expanding technology across its premium lineup. For 2027, its Garmin-powered control center will become standard on nearly every premium model.
“Standard across all Outside Van models is the Garmin-powered control center, which gives total control of our rigs at your fingertips,” the Outside Van team says. Previously offered only on the Parks and Overnight models, the system is now standard on Syncline and will be included on all future premium models, excluding Baseline. The centralized interface allows owners to monitor and control key vehicle systems from a single location, creating a more seamless ownership experience across the lineup.
Customization remains another cornerstone of Outside Van’s approach. For 2027, the company is significantly expanding its lineup of factory-installed accessories and performance upgrades.
“Outside Van has increased its house-made parts and components offerings for all models,” the team says. Customers can now choose from Pack Series racks and storage boxes, the Strata Storage Tray, exterior lighting kits and a variety of interior upgrades. Suspension enhancements featuring Fox Factory shocks are also available for customers seeking improved off-road performance.
Beyond functional upgrades, buyers will have more opportunities to personalize the appearance of their vans with expanded interior and exterior color palettes and new material selections.
The company also plans to continue offering exclusive Dealer Edition models developed in collaboration with select retailers.
One example is the successful Parks Drift Edition, available exclusively through Sunshine State RV. According to the company, Drift features “a unique interior material and color scheme and exterior features only available at Sunshine State RV,” giving customers access to an exclusive factory-built model.
Several existing models have already proven successful throughout 2026.
“Overnight has been a huge hit, enabling a group/family adventure van experience on the more compact 144 chassis,” the Outside Van team says.
The Parks Drift Edition has also generated strong interest, demonstrating that buyers continue to value distinctive designs alongside premium functionality.
Looking ahead, the company expects one of the biggest draws for dealers and customers to be the updated Parks model.
“Outside Van will be unleashing its updated Parks model for 2027,” the team says. The refreshed model adds retractable side steps, an onboard air compressor, a new dual lithium battery system and increased exterior storage as standard equipment.
These additions further strengthen the Parks’ reputation as a capable, adventure-ready platform designed for extended travel and off-grid experiences.
As consumer preferences continue to evolve, Outside Van sees customization becoming an even more important purchasing factor.
“We’re seeing more demand for factory upgrade and material options for new customers,” the team says. Rather than relying solely on aftermarket modifications, buyers increasingly want the ability to personalize their vans before delivery while maintaining factory quality and warranty support.
Outside Van’s manufacturing process supports that flexibility.
“All our models can be spec’d out at our factory, enabling a custom-like experience for our dealer network,” the team says. The company also plans to continue producing limited runs of alternate interior colors and materials that will be distributed throughout its dealer network, giving customers even more opportunities to own a unique vehicle.
Despite some seasonal moderation in the adventure van market, Outside Van remains optimistic about the coming year.
“It has gradually slowed down while the summer adventure season is in full swing,” the Outside Van team says. “With fuel prices leveling out and the economy on the uptick, all indications are pointing to 2027 being a big year.”

As interest in adventure-focused RVs continues to grow, IROK Trailers is expanding its portfolio with new offerings that blend premium construction with greater versatility. Following the successful launch of its fifth wheel lineup, the company is introducing new models and features aimed at providing customers with more choices without compromising quality.
One of IROK’s biggest milestones this year has been the introduction of its fifth wheel lineup, which quickly generated strong dealer and customer interest. The response has been so positive that production sold out almost immediately, reinforcing demand for a premium fifth wheel option that combines luxury, functionality and rugged construction.
“The IROK fifth wheel will redefine expectations in the segment, from the modern exterior design and bold front cap with integrated lighting features to the elevated interiors featuring luxury-inspired appliances, premium furniture, upgraded mattresses and residential-style living spaces,” the IROK team says.
For 2027, IROK is expanding its fifth wheel offerings with the new IROK 3624 Fifth Wheel, a spacious floorplan designed around comfort, functionality and premium living. The company is also introducing the IROK Classic Series, which brings the brand’s craftsmanship and design philosophy to a more competitive price point.
New Classic Series bumper pull models include the C-FS 2614 and C-FS 2816. These models are designed to provide more customers access to IROK’s construction standards, featuring real lumber cabinetry, laminated construction and solid walls extending into the custom fender and chassis system.
IROK is also launching its SX Series with three new floorplans aimed at first-time buyers and the motocross community. The series provides a more accessible entry point while maintaining the durability and thoughtful design that customers expect from the company.
A major differentiator across the IROK lineup is the company’s focus on manufacturing quality. IROK does not use MDF in its cabinetry, instead utilizing 100% real lumber that is sanded, painted and finished with careful attention to detail. The company has also expanded its in-house manufacturing capabilities, including laminating its own walls and floors while continuing to feature a fully bonded laminated roof.
“The biggest message we heard from both dealers and customers was the need for more value in today’s market,” the IROK team says. “Buyers want a well-built trailer with premium fit and finish, but at a price point that makes ownership more attainable.”
To enhance the ownership experience, IROK is adding several new standard features across its Luxe, Classic and Race models. Among the highlights is the fifth-wheel split seating MaxxBed, which is designed to increase storage capacity while providing additional legroom and improved usability. Fifth wheel models will also feature a laser-cut aluminum IROK logo with integrated LED lighting, adding a distinctive exterior design element.
Optional features for 2027 include a remote-controlled winch engineered to bolt directly into the chassis frame and floor structure for added strength and capability, along with custom IROK aluminum wheels. Fifth wheel customers will also have the option of adding a fold-down desk integrated into the MaxxBed split seating system, creating a flexible workspace without sacrificing living space.
