
At REV Group, Mandy is the controller for Goldshield Fiberglass, American Coach, Holiday Rambler and Fleetwood RV brands, as well as the two REV RV Service & Repair Centers and REV RV Parts and aftermarket. Mandy’s responsibilities include internal controls, budgets, auditing, payroll, account reconciliation and cost to build.
How has Mandy demonstrated leadership and innovation within her field?
Mandy played a critical role in the successful implementation of D365 over the past year, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and ensuring that financial controls, reporting structures and costing models aligned with the new D365 system, one of her nominators says. Throughout her seven years with the company, Mandy has provided data and guidance to many aspects of the business. She helps REV Group grow its revenue and improve the free cash flow by reducing raw materials, improving inventory turns, finished goods and WIP.

Mandy also played a role in executing the Goal Deployment Process, which identified a three- to five-year business plan for the organization, key goals, metrics to move the needle to meet the key goals, and action plans with leaders and monthly follow-ups on metric attainment. Mandy leads a team of eight, including six women, and takes great pride in mentoring her team and other women in the company. What advice do you have for women in the RV industry?
My advice for up-and-coming women in the RV industry would be to have confidence in your abilities and trust in your skills. The RV industry is constantly evolving, and women bring invaluable perspectives that help shape the future of the industry. Work hard to show your worth and prove yourself, but always keep a balance. It’s essential to prioritize what’s truly important — your family, relationships and personal well-being. Success in your career should never come at the expense of your happiness and the people who matter most. In this industry, as in life, it’s about finding that balance between pursuing your passions and nurturing your connections.
What does it mean to you to be a Women in Business honoree?
Being recognized as a Women in Business honoree means so much to me, and I’m truly grateful for the recognition. It’s not just about the honor itself, but the opportunity to inspire other women in the industry to keep pushing forward and overcome the challenges they face each day. Balancing a career, raising three kids and managing my nonprofit is no easy task, but every day brings its own rewards and reminders of why I continue to stay focused on the end goal. It’s about showing others that with determination, hard work and a strong support system, it’s possible to make a meaningful impact in both your professional and personal life.
