Grote Industries announces that Dan Brito has joined the company as director of operations – Madison, Indiana.
With over 15 years of manufacturing experience, Brito will lead efforts to drive operational excellence within Grote’s advanced headlamp operations at the Next Generation Manufacturing Center (NGMC) in Madison.
Brito gained extensive experience in automotive headlamp operations during his time at Marelli, including the production of lamps for high-volume pick-up trucks. He also holds a degree in mechatronic engineering and an MBA in project management.
“Dan’s experience in the automotive industry and headlamps make him a great addition to our team as we continue to aggressively grow our advanced headlamp business,” said Chief Operating Officer John Grote. “His background in lean manufacturing and hands-on knowledge of molding, coating, metallization, and assembly processes will directly impact our operational excellence targets of zero defects and 100% on-time delivery.”
