From Brandon

What has it meant to work in the RV industry this long?

It has been an honor and a privilege to serve others through the RV industry. It’s not just about fixing things — it’s about helping people keep moving toward what matters most to them. Whether it’s a family on their first trip or someone chasing a lifelong dream, I’ve always seen my role as one of support. My idea of serving others means showing up with integrity and usefulness especially when the guest is stressed or uncertain. I’ve been blessed by being useful, and that’s something I don’t take lightly. This industry has allowed me to serve with my hands and my heart, and I’m grateful for the trust that so many have placed in me along the way.

What advice do you have for younger people just starting their careers?

If you want to build a life that matters, start by serving others well. Don’t chase titles; chase trust. Show yourself faithful in the small things, and greatness will track you down. True success comes not from status, but from being someone others can count on. Learn your craft, but more importantly, learn to care. The world doesn’t need more self-promoters — it needs more people willing to show up, stay steady under pressure and put others first. The loud and flashy may get attention, but it is the quiet strength of those who serve with integrity that produces value. Only those that accept their responsibility to serve as a steward or fiduciary, live a life with purpose. It’s not a race; it’s a journey. It’s the grounded, dependable ones who do the most good. A worthwhile life isn’t gauged by money or status. It’s redemptive [and] lifts others. It protects what matters, and it leaves people better.
