From Devon
What has it meant to work in the RV industry this long?
It has been an amazing experience. Seeing the product and industry evolve over the past 40 years to where we are today, and I am excited to see where it will continue to head in the future. The most important thing to me, though, has been the relationships formed with employees, dealers and vendors over the years. Those are the people that keep me coming to the job and having fun doing it.
What advice do you have for younger people just starting their careers?
Apply yourself, regardless of the role you are in. Use the talents you have to your fullest, strive to improve in those areas you are not comfortable in. Go above and beyond what is asked of you.
