Built for true all-season, off-grid travel, the AEONrv continues to push boundaries with its high-tech design, off-road performance, and thermal efficiency. The public debut at Overland Expo comes just weeks after AEONrv was named Nevada’s 2025 Manufacturing Company of the Year by the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NCET) — an honor recognizing its leadership in advanced manufacturing and innovation. The company said it is on track to deliver 100+ vehicles this year, driven by strong demand.

“This is the first time anyone outside our factory will get to experience the 2025 AEONrv up close,” said Jim Ritchie, CEO of AEONrv. “It’s engineered for adventure and built for those who go beyond — with smarter power systems, refined interior options and more capability than ever. Overland Expo is an ideal venue for connecting with explorers who value what AEONrv delivers.”

What’s New in the 2025 AEONrv

AEONrv’s flagship model introduced a new class of RV — engineered on a rugged Ford Transit AWD chassis and equipped with marine-grade materials, intelligent off-grid systems and a modern design built for today’s adventurers. The 2025 version refines that platform even further with upgraded systems and new options tailored for serious exploration. The 2025 model is built on the latest 2025 Transit SRW 350 AWD cutaway chassis, 9,950 GVWR, with Ford’s latest advanced safety systems and is priced at $224,500 plus options.

New Features in the 2025 Model include:

  • New 4 x 200W 24V rigid solar panels, 25% efficiency with N-Type cells for higher output and durability
