NHTSA Lists Weekly Recalls
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following weekly vehicular recalls:
Newmar Corp. is recalling certain 2023-2024 London Aire, Essex, and 2016-2024 King Aire motorhomes. The baggage door skins may come loose and separate from the door frame. Newmar’s number for this recall is 619 RSB.
Forest River is recalling certain 2025-2026 Wildwood and Salem travel trailer recreational trailers. The exterior transit latch on the rear patio door cannot be unlocked from inside the vehicle. Forest River’s number for this recall is 69-1945.
Forest River is also recalling certain 2026 Sabre fifth wheel recreational trailers. The exterior griddle may have been incorrectly installed, allowing the griddle to be stowed while still connected to the LPG. Forest River’s number for this recall is 62-1943.
Forest River is also recalling certain 2026 Spirit travel trailers. The installed safety chains may not meet the actual Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) listed on the Federal Placard. This can cause the chains to fail, allowing the trailer to separate from the tow vehicle. Forest River’s number for this recall is 220-1941.
REV Recreation Group is recalling certain 2025-2026 Holiday Rambler Incline, and Fleetwood Altitude Class C motorhomes. The electrical components under the house entry steps may fail due to water intrusion, including the carbon monoxide (CO) or Liquid Propane (LP) detector. REV’s number for this recall is 250618REV.
Bontrager Outdoors is recalling certain 2025 Skinny Guy Campers Armor 7LT and Bontrager Outdoors 7ROD trailers. The carbon monoxide detectors may not have been installed. The NHTSA campaign number is 25V412000.
Winnebago Towable is recalling certain 2025 Micro Minnie, and Micro Minnie FLX travel trailers. The cooktop flame may invert when the stove and furnace are operated at the same time. Winnebago’s number for this recall is CAM0000043. This is an expansion of NHTSA recall 25V029.
Foretravel is recalling certain 2024-2026 Presidential Realm vehicles. Engine vibration may cause the rear kick up panel fins to detach. The NHTSA campaign number is 25V406000.
