Through this model, the company has turbocharged growth and empowered people across the organization to serve their communities, helping Business become a Greater Force for Good in the World. As Lippert executes this vision, team members are led in a values-rich environment. They then carry those values home, where they love and lead their families better. The result is stronger family units within our communities. Under his leadership, Lippert also became one of the first large manufacturers in the industry to establish in-house leadership training, global chaplaincy programs and initiatives that have empowered team members to serve over 125,000 community service hours per year. Simply put, Lippert’s ability to connect long-term vision with day-to-day impact has inspired a new generation of leaders within and beyond Lippert, the company said.

Through his focus on partnerships, transparency and shared values, Jason has helped elevate the reputation of the RV industry as a whole. His ability to connect long-term vision with day-to-day impact has inspired a new generation of leaders within and beyond Lippert.

“I’m deeply honored to receive this recognition,” said Jason Lippert. “The RV industry has been part of my family for generations, and I truly love this community and everything it stands for. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to help shape its future while building something that puts people first. For me, it’s never just been about business. It’s about empowering others, serving with purpose and finding ways to give back to the communities that support us. I share this honor with every Lippert team member who has worked tirelessly to make a positive impact, and with the many mentors, partners and friends who have inspired and supported me along the way.”
